Saturday Art School is an opportunity for children in the community (grades K*-8) to experience an open art studio atmosphere where they can create artwork and bring their ideas to life with Millersville University art education students assisting in their discovery and learning.
Dates
Students who enroll in Saturday Art School can choose one of two sessions:
Session 1: September 29th and October 20th
Session 2: October 27th and November 10th
Times
Chose between the morning session or the afternoon session. Due to space limitations, we can only offer the afternoon session for students in grades 6-8.
9:00 AM – 11:00 AM or 12:00 PM – 2:00 PM
Tuition
Tuition for one session (two classes) is $30 per child. All supplies are included in the tuition. If you require financial assistance, please contact Leslie Gates at leslie.gates@millersville.edu for a scholarship application.
Refunds
Refunds will be granted through the date of the first class (September 29th). No refunds will be processed after that date. Students are not required to attend each class, but the fee includes both classes in the session and no partial refunds will be given.

Location and Drop Off
Check-in will take place in the lobby of Millersville University’s Breidenstine Hall, 46 E. Frederick Street, Millersville, PA 17551. Parking on campus is free on the weekends. Street parking is available in front of the building or in the parking lot behind the building near the stadium. A parent or guardian must accompany the child(ren) inside the building. Check-in will open approximately 15 minutes prior to class start times.

*Students need to have qualified for kindergarten (in most local districts, age 5 by Sept. 1) for the 2017-18 school year in order to enroll as a kindergarten student in Saturday Art School.
